Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Edinburghsleep Mold Help wants edinburghsleep.living to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement explains our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make this site usable by as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Aim to Take
To support accessibility, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors use the whole site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet fully meet these standards. Third-party content, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@edinburghsleep.living and we will do what we can to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your comments on the site's accessibility. Email contact@edinburghsleep.living and let us know:
- Which page or feature caused trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will review your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
